I really enjoy teaching within the Early Years Foundation Stage at Torre. I have a keen interest in children’s literature and this plays a huge part in the children’s learning journey over the academic year, as it opens up the world with adventures, interesting characters, experiences, facts and views.

 

The importance of learning through play with the children and developing a love for learning is clearly evident within the reception as well as encouraging the children to be an individual as part of a wider community.

I enjoy spending time in the environment and feel very lucky that we have a wonderful place to explore around Torbay. I also like being creative with art and design.
