In Forest School pupils learn through doing, through encountering and through discovery. Children learn about the outdoors, about themselves and about each other, while learning outdoor skills. Active learning readily develops the learning skills of enquiry, experiment, feedback, reflection, review and cooperative learning that are crucial aspects of a developed adult personality.

At Torre we are luckily enough to have large, beautiful outdoor spaces including forest areas, fields and a variety of plant life. We utilise these spaces to offer our pupils the best learning experiences and links to our natural world!
